At Yachtline we pride ourselves on providing good service to yacht insurance customers, current and future. What does that mean?
There are a number of dimensions.

First we set targets for responding to your needs:

  • We aim to provide a yacht insurance quote immediately on the website or within three working days if your enquiry is referred to the office
  • We aim to provide yacht insurance cover immediately should you need it, as long as payment reaches us within 15 days
  • Should you be unlucky enough to make a claim and if a surveyor's visit is required, we aim to get the surveyor to you within 24 hours

Second our yacht insurance service can be accessed in a variety of ways to suit the customer and the insurance requirements:

Thirdly the insurance industry regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority sets a requirement on all firms to treat customers fairly.
