THE YACHTLINER February 2011
Yachtline's newsletter for customers
What a difference 5°C makes. Not only are the bulbs pushing their way through the soil as if December never happened, but enthusiastic yacht owners are already preparing for the new season. Some judicious maintenance now could make all the difference later. If you do a pre-season check on your yacht this month, you will still have time to make any repairs before the sailing season begins, and look forward confidently to a full season on the water.
Yachtline holds rates for the second year running
The Financial Times recently reported that the typical car insurance policy has gone up by £200 in the last year. No fear of that kind of shock with Yachtline. We are holding our rates for the second year running. To see some example premiums go to www.yachtlineinsurance.co.uk. You can get a quote online that will meet most requirements. For special requirements call Yachtline on + 44 (0) 20 7403 3884.
Yachtline sponsors Burnham Sailing Club Races
Last autumn we acquired an office in Burnham-on-Crouch and it's always a good idea to be friends with the neighbours, so we've agreed to support the Burnham Sailing Club's Wednesday Race Meetings in 2011. That's nearly 200 races in all, in this very popular yachting centre. To find out more go to the Burnham Sailing Club's website www.burnhamsc.org. We're looking forward to seeing the Yachtline name in lights, and to meeting you there. Do come over and say hello to Chuffy or Wayne who will be there on most race evenings.
And on the Cote d'Azur
Anne Laure in our French office was expecting to spend January getting ahead with renewal quotes for all her clients. She was surprised and very pleased to find herself issuing policies to a stream of new clients who came calling at her office in Port Camille Rayon. If you are in the area, please do call in. The Yachtline office is the only insurance office in the port and Anne Laure will welcome you in French or English.
